Services
EduNova Nexus provides school management software (SaaS) and related onboarding, support, and partnership programmes. Specific license terms are agreed per school or partner contract.
Acceptable use
You must not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or use the service for unlawful activity. Schools are responsible for lawful processing of student and parent data.
Accounts
Portal credentials are confidential. You must use strong passwords and notify us of suspected compromise. Demo or default credentials must be changed before production use.
Payments
Fees for licenses and implementation are as quoted in your proposal. Third-party processors (e.g. Paystack) are subject to their own terms.
Limitation
Software is provided with commercially reasonable care. Liability is limited to fees paid for the service period, except where law forbids limitation.
